MEET DR. ARGYLE
Jaren C. Argyle, DMD
You will always find Dr. Argyle with a smile at Argyle Dental. He believes in trying to make a dental visit a great experience for everyone. Whether you are nervous or love coming to the dental office, Dr. Argyle and his dental team will always try and make your visit a great one. As the owner of Argyle Dental, Dr. Argyle sets the vision for the practice and ensures all patients will benefit from their visit to the office. He also determines the pace of the practice allowing adequate time for each of our patients so they don’t feel hurried or rushed. Training and Continuing Education
Dr. Argyle graduated from Utah State University where he received his BA in Biology. Following Utah State, he traveled to the east coast where he received his DMD at the University of Connecticut. Dr. Argyle constantly exceeds the number of yearly required hours in continuing education. He feels it is extremely important to always be learning and staying at the leading edge of the dental sciences, technology, and materials. Dentistry, like many other sciences, is continually changing and improving. Dr. Argyle has received specialized training in dental implant placement, dental sleep medicine for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea, TMJ therapy for individuals suffering from headaches, pain, and limitations in the movement of their jaw. He is one of only a couple of dentists in the state of Utah certified as a Qualified Dentist with the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine. He recently received training in esthetics including Botox, fillers, and the anti-aging effects of platelet rich fibrin (PRF) in the world of esthetics. He also uses PRF in the mouth to help facilitate quicker and more predictable healing with different surgical procedures. He is involved with local study clubs as well as multiple international study clubs that consist of the top dentists in the world in the prevention and treatment of sleep apnea, TMJ therapy, and PRF treatment in dentistry.
Out of the Office
Dr. Argyle loves to spend time with his family almost anywhere. He and his family live locally here in Syracuse and love being part of the community. If it has anything to do with the outdoors, Dr. Argyle probably enjoys being part of it. During the summer he loves to ride his mountain bike all over the mountains of Northern Utah and the rocks of Central and Southern Utah. He also enjoys wake surfing and wakefoiling behind the boat on any lake. If he is not on his bike or out on the water, you may find him standing in the river with his fly rod. In the winter he enjoys both snowboarding and skiing. Dr. Argyle is constantly involved in the community. He is often found coaching various sports groups or helping with different service projects. He is also involved in raising oral health awareness in the community by visiting various elementary schools and teaching the youth how to properly care for their teeth as well as continually supporting the community’s events.
Most recently, Dr. Argyle has started to pursue another passion in helping others as he has developed a company, The Elevated Dentist, that focuses on helping other dentists get the most out of their personal and professional lives. He also serves as the chairperson for the Utah Dental Association’s Health and Wellness Committee.

About Susan
Susan loves being a part of the team at Argyle Dental Sleep and TMJ. She has called Syracuse, Utah home since 2003. Susan graduated from Weber State University with a Bachelors in Health Promotion and Masters in Health Education. She taught various Health classes at Weber State University for 15 years. Susan is married and has four amazing daughters. She loves to eat popcorn and watch movies with her family, scrapbook and loves doing Cycle and High Fitness classes at the gym.

About Troya
Troya started in the dental field in 2004, Has worked in the dental field for over thirteen years and loves it. She loves working at Argyle Dental Sleep & TMJ with Dr. Argyle and the rest of the team. She loves meeting new people and getting to know each of our patients. When she is not in the office she enjoys boating, fishing, four-wheeling, reading, shopping, and spending time with her family. She has three daughters and six grandbabies. Troya grew up and currently lives in Clearfield.

Hygienist
About Mindy
Mindy started in the dental field in 1999, Graduated with her RDH in 2006 from Weber State University. Including the last eleven years as a hygienist she has been in the dental field over fourteen years. Mindy loves being a hygienist and especially likes partnering with our patients to help them achieve healthy smiles. Mindy is married and has three daughters. Mindy loves hanging out with her family, watching movies, and attempting to cook.
McCall

About McCall
McCall has been practicing dental hygiene since 2015 and absolutely loves what she does. She is very passionate about dentistry and helping others smile! In her spare time she enjoys camping, boating, and just about anything outdoors. McCall loves traveling whenever she gets the chance and spending time with her husband and son.

About Gentry
Gentry started with Argyle Dental in the Spring of 2022, but had over 13 years of previous experience in the dental field. She loves meeting new people and enjoys working with the team here at Argyle Dental Sleep & TMJ. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family, traveling, quilting, gardening, and baking.

About Reagan
Reagan was born and raised in Syracuse, Utah. She completed her Dental Assisting Program at Davis Technical College in 2022. She is currently a student at Weber State University and is pursuing her Dental Hygiene Degree, with a minor in Spanish. Reagan loved meeting new people and talking to the patients every day. She loves to go snowboarding, to the gym, and spending time with family and friends.
Shannon
Sleep & TMJ Coordinator
About Shannon
Shannon has been a patient at Argyle Dental Sleep & TMJ since moving to Syracuse in 2006. She was a Medical Assistant prior to starting her family. She recently decided to put her skills to use and is excited to join our team at Argyle Dental Sleep & TMJ. She is married and has three daughters. Shannon loves spending time with her family at home and up in the mountains. She enjoys raising chickens, watching birds, and gardening. She looks forward to meeting new people and is excited to work with all of our patients. Shannon is also being trained to help with our sleep patients here at our practice.
Allie Kay
Master Esthetician
About Allie Kay
Allie completed her Master Esthetician Program in the spring of 2022. She loves everything beauty. After completing the Esthetician program, she also completed her Nail Technician program and enjoys doing nails when she is not at Argyle Dental. Allie just got married in February of 2023 and is loving the married life. In her free time she loves doing nails, spending time with her husband and family, and watching movies.
Karyn-hoku

About Karyn-hoku
Karyn, originally from Maui, moved to Syracuse in April 2024. Bringing 3 years of dental experience, she soon began working at Argyle Dental, where she enjoys meeting new faces and collaborating with the team. Outside of work, Karyn is pursuing a Master esthetician program and running her own small business. She loves spending time with her family and embracing the many new opportunities her new home offers beyond the island life.
